Enjoying Everyday Life with Jesus.
The Bible says in 1 Timothy 6:17 to trust in the living God who gives us all things to enjoy. Many want to die for Jesus, but they are not ready to live for Jesus. Today, my writing is a simple blog to open our eyes to see the preciousness of life that Papa God has given us to enjoy.
I was sitting in the verandah of my house and seeing the beautiful creation of Lord Jesus and reading the scripture, where in Ecc 7:13(MSG) it says that God made all the curves and straight lines, the quester/preacher tells us to imagine if all lines to be just straight, how boring that would be and the Holy Spirit related it to me, how everything would have been boring if all was good and no bad. All was happy and no sorrow. I understood that all things, good and bad, are important to enjoy the full scope and beauty of life our Lord gave us. Both the curves and the straight!
Then I came across the verse Ecc 9:4, where it says that a living dog is also better than a dead lion! Wow, what a statement. Being alive is so much better than being dead. I was grateful as I meditated on these scriptures that I was alive and I had some more years to live by in the earth, made for us, till I meet Jesus face to face in eternity. Some more years to praise and worship my God with my whole being till I put down this tabernacle, my body.

Also, I got reminded of how a preacher taught me to Let Go is powerful. He shared his vision of seeing a pipe coming from heaven that he was squeezing so tight that the anointed olive oil was not flowing down, but when the Lord said Let Go. Then he let go of the pipe and all oil started flowing. He learned a great lesson from that vision. We also need to learn to let Go. We need to learn to dust off.(Mathew 10:14) If fallen by any means, we need to learn to get up, dust ourselves up, and get going again, for a righteous man falls 7 and gets up 8!(pro 24:16)
Now let’s not carry the weight that so easily beset us(Heb 12:1) and let us be free from all the unnecessary burdens and thoughts of uncertainty and the past that has been buried for so long. Let’s live in the moment and in the present, for it’s a gift. Imagine the Lord Jesus preaching the sermon on the mount about not worrying(Mathew 6:25-34), seeing the sparrows of how they do nothing but the father feeds them, the lilies not toiling yet the father clothes them: can you let this words of our Lord sink deep into you and try living accordingly. Let’s try to live without worry. And lastly, if you feel condemned because of anything, use the word of God: Romans 8:1, No condemnation against you. And let’s live a life to the fullest with Hope, prosperity, and enjoyment for the glory of God.
If this small blog encouraged you, share it with someone.
Every Tuesday, or Thursday may the Lord give me the grace to write. Amen. ;-)
