Live Fully, Think Differently, Honor God
Pas Tubin Mudang

I’m back on my veranda, ready to write from the heart. They say, write as if nobody will read, so you can fully express yourself. But I fear that sometimes. Writing is concrete—what if, years from now, I’m not fully convinced of what I write today? Still, let’s proceed.
Take Care of Your Body – The Temple of the Holy Spirit
Do we realize we have only one body for this one life? We need to take care of it like anything. Eat right, sleep well, feed your mind well, exercise, pray, fast—these are important. Very important.
A monk once said, “Before you are sick, you have many problems. The moment you get sick, you have only one.” Even to do something for Lord Jesus, we need good health. I cannot overemphasize this.
In proverbs 14:30, the Bible says A sound mind makes a robust body, also in proverbs 4:23, the Bible says guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life; in other words our mental and emotional health is very much connected with our physical well being, so let’s take care of both these aspects. Think right thoughts(Php 4:8). Let your emotions be connected to things that are above.(Col 3:2)
Enthusiasm/Passion is Everything
Proverbs 13:4 (MSG) says, “The energetic have something to show for their lives.” Ralph Waldo Emerson put it well: “Without enthusiasm, nothing great was achieved.”
I’ve seen people doing things without passion, and that’s what makes them fail miserably. Love what you do, and you’ll never get tired of it. Enjoy the work, the process, the grind. That’s the key to success.
But please note that much talk without work or diligence won’t bring bread to the table, as the Bible says in proverbs 14:23. So whatever we do let us do it with our whole might, with diligence: for hard work with enthusiasm always pays off at the end of the day.
Think Different, Break Limits
I love the tagline Think Different. Steve Jobs used it for Apple. Why do I like it? Because we need to think beyond the ordinary—not be defined by others or even by what we are today. Instead, let’s focus on being a person of value and character.
One life. I will explore the best God has given. In Hindi, they say: “Sabse bada rog—kya kahenge log!” (The biggest sickness—what will people say!). Let’s break free from that mindset.
Our Lord Jesus came to give abundant life in our Spirit, soul, and body—He came to bless us in every area. Let’s not settle for anything less. Get better every day, learn something new, let that greatness in you through Christ, thrive.
Shalom and be blessed!
